Stonehenge Visit

Twenty six excited children visited Stonehenge last week. First of all they visited the great hall and saw displays of Stonehenge being built and also many artefacts found in the surrounding area. After lunch with the cold wind blowing around them, they boarded a bus and were taken to the stones. More excitement as some of them saw the stones for the first time. They quickly recognised the ‘head stone’, sarson stones and blue stones.
A lovely day without rain!
